Initially, i was quite elated(thinking we will be able to experience already the 1st edge coaster in the Philippines) but when they said that i need to bring my husband with me and that we had to listen to a 90 minute presentation, what the heck? It's just another marketing scam just like the one where i supposedly won a free trip to Boracay only that i need to do the same claiming procedure as described above.
Can you just give the certificates without any fuss? Maybe you'll get business that way if having redeemed the certificates we are satisfied. You're just giving club ultima a bad name with this supposedly "great" promo.

Its a scam. The supposedly "Gift" they were offering is not actually free at all. You have to pay P5000 when you actually claim it. Club Ultima is the Ultimate LOSER!
ReplyDeleteThey just called me today & said the same things to me. But still I have second thoughts for I dont have time to listen in their presentation. If its true, then its their loss! Its bad marketing for Club Ultima.

my kuya got his gc. the gc states that, 5k shall be deposited and upon check out, it will be refunded. is this true? is it ok to avail the free gc and would not become a member?
ReplyDeleteHi charmaine grace! I'm not sure. Maybe it will be refunded. I never went to claim my GC upon knowing that i needed to attend a presentation seminar.

ReplyDeleteBest to verify with the hotel if the gc is valid. I just came from the presentation. They were really pushing me to make a down for the membership but i didnt. Im going to email the hotel later along with a pic of the gc given to me. I advise u do the same. Instead of going there only to find out its not real
