I really don't understand the hype caused by nude photos of celebrities. At some point in time when a person reaches maturity or even when they are on their late teens, we can expect that they are already exposed to nudity and sex. Of course, as parents we can only hope that their exposure is simply that and not experiencing it on hand. There is nothing wrong with sex per se and I am not going into the pros and cons of pre-marital sex.
All I am saying is that, you can flaunt anything you want just so long as you possess all your mental faculties when you do it. Otherwise, when it's taken against your will that constitutes a crime and the perpetrators should be punished...if they are caught. In this case, many people are saying it's not even Ejay Falcon who is in this photo because the second of photo was cropped to hide the tattoo on the arm. Ejay Falcon do not have arm tattoo, see the third photo.
It should also be a lesson to all, to get buzzed only with friends you can trust. Being drunked with people whose loyalty you're not sure of, will likely land you on tabloids and those people taking advantage of you are probably laughing and making money off of you.
